The Carinthian month is one of the oldest monthly magazines in Austria. It was founded in 1981 by Norbert Sternad, Verena Hellweger, Alfred Astei and Dietmar Pickelsberger as a cultural magazine. Soon, the leaf direction was geared to scene and lifestyle for commercial reasons. Today, the magazine reaches about 60,000 readers per month.
