La Presse de la Manche is aFrench departmental daily newspaper headquartered in Cherbourg-en-Cotentin (Manche). It mainly shines on the Nord- Cotentin.

The newspaper was founded at the Liberation, July 3, 1944, a week after the liberation of Cherbourg, under the title La Presse cherbourgeoise. First daily to appear in France liberated, it takes the continuation of the newspaper Cherbourg Éclair, interdict of publication for collaboration.
