The magazine Literatur und Kritik Was founded in 1966 in Vienna, has its editorial office since 1991 in Salzburg and appears five times a year in the scope of 112 pages. The literature we mean may be realistic or surrealistic, written in verse, or designed as an essay, exploring a landscape, rejecting history, praising love, condemning or glorifying the province, but not one thing: quibble. In turn, under the criticism, which is already mentioned in the title, we understand not only, but also criticism of literature, beyond that the confrontation with the world as it is, with Europe, how it could become, with society, how she does not necessarily need to stay.
