Motor16 is a weekly magazine that arrived at the kiosks in October 1983. In its origins, the intention was to publish critically, independently and looking for a different and risky way of telling things. This way of working supposed a revolution in the sector of the engine press, which since the arrival of Motor 16 had to change its forms and its contents.
