The Prestwich & Whitefield Guide is a weekly tabloid newspaper sold in the towns of Prestwich and Whitefield in the Metropolitan Borough of Bury in Greater Manchester (formerly south-east Lancashire). It was founded in 1921. It's published by Newsquest (Bolton), a division of the nationwide Newsquest Media Group newspaper publishing company. The editorial offices were formerly in Bury and collocated with the Bury Times, but have now been centralised in Bolton. It comes out on Thursdays. An e-edition's also available free on the website.
