Radio24syv is a Danish public service - radio station operated for license fees of Berlingske Media and People Group.Radio24syv was established as part of the media settlement in 2010 between the UK government, the Danish People's Party and the Liberal Alliance, where it was decided that the then FM4 (which was then used by DR 's P2 ) was to be sent in the tender. Minister of Culture Per Stig Møller wanted a private player to run a new licensed radio channel that could compete with DR's P1 . [1] For the same reason, the new channel was referred to as the nickname Radio Møller.
