The first broadcast of ROB TV came on Monday, November 15, 1993. ROB TV received a broadcasting license as a regional broadcaster for the district of Leuven. With the first broadcast of ROB TV, not only a new regional broadcaster was born. That day the first impetus was given to the identity of East Brabant.
