Rouge is a private French radio station located in French-speaking Switzerland in the city of Lausanne. Originally known as Radio Raspberry , she began broadcasting the1 st March 1989. In 2005, the radio changed its name to Rouge FM. Since April 2007, its issuing area has expanded to cover Vaud, Neuchâtel and Geneva. It is the property of the Vaud group Unicast 1 and took, the September 28, 2006, a majority stake in the share capital of Yes FMradio in collaboration with Edipresse. In February 2014, Rouge FM won for the second time in a row the ON'R Award for Francophone Private Foreign Radio of year 3 at the Salon de la Radio 4 in Paris. In the 1 st  half of 2016, Red FM is the number 1 private radio station in western Switzerland with almost 110,000 daily listeners 5. In the spring of 2017, Rouge FM shortened its name to Rouge. The year was also marked by the sale of the radio Yes FM to the media group, and the main competitor Mediaone 6. In December 2017, Red changes its website to find all the media of the Red Group in the same website red.com.
