The Yemen News Agency (Saba) is the official news agency of the Republic of Yemen. It was known by this name after the establishment of the Republic of Yemen on May 22, 1990 AD. It is a product of the merger of the "Saba News Agency", which was established in July 1970, and the "Aden News Agency", which was founded in February 1970 AD.
