Staalkaart is an independent Flemish cultural magazine. Staalkaart can be considered as the successor of Music & Word, a magazine that focused mainly on the programming of Klara and Canvas. At Staalkaart the emphasis is on the cultural offer in Flanders and Brussels. It is, like Music & Word before, published by Decom. The first issue appeared in September 2009. It appears five times per cultural year. The main focus is on classical music, opera, early music, theater, dance, literature, photography, film and visual art.
