TeleBielingue is a bilingual regional television from the city of Biel. The broadcast started on March 15, 1999. According to its own information, it is the only bilingual regional television in Europe. The production site and headquarters is in Biel. Delegate of the Board of Directors is Marcel Geissbühler and Program Manager Markus Böni. As of December 1, 2016, Sophie Hostettler takes over the post of Program Manager.
