The Columbia Press is a weekly news papaer that covers local local community news and events for Warrenton, Hammond and Clatsop County. The newspaper is also the community's official legal public notice publication for the City of Warrenton and the Warrenton-Hammond School District. The Columbia Press is owned by Clatsop County Media Services LLC, a small mom and pop company based in Warrenton, Oregon. The Columbia Press was founded in Astoria in 1922 as a Finnish language newspaper serving the large population of Scandinavians who'd immigrated to the area.
