WIBW-TV, virtual and VHF digital channel 13, is a CBS-affiliated television station licensed to Topeka, Kansas, United States. The station is owned by Gray Television. WIBW-TV maintains studio facilities located on Commerce Place in southwestern Topeka, and its transmitter is located on Windy Hill Road in Maple Hill. To serve portions of the market that cannot adequately receive the main signal, WIBW-TV operates a digital fill-in translator in Topeka, WIBW-LD, which broadcasts on UHF channel 44.
