Al-Wasal Radio began broadcasting on the nineteenth of March 2008 in the governorates of Muscat and Al-Batinah at a frequency of 96.5 FM and expanded after a short period to reach the Governorate of Dhofar at a frequency of 95.3 FM, in Sharqiyah on 98.4FM, in Buraimi on 100.7 FM, Musandam on 102.2 FM and Al Dakhliya on 103 FM And shown on 105.4 FM. The radio aims to reach a wide range of listeners through its varied and targeted programs including music, sports, entertainment, health, technology, and talk shows.
