In partnership with the Department for International Trade, CMC is organising TAP grants for MIFA in Annecy, France in June 2018.

MIFA (The International Animation Film Market) is the French-based market for co-producing, purchasing, selling, financing and distributing animation content for all broadcasting platforms. MIFA welcomes over 660 international exhibiting companies. Located at L’Impérial Palace, the exhibitors’ market is open from 8.30am to 7.30pm. The price for MIFA is €540.

Note: A company can only receive 6 TAP grants since April 2009. The children’s content community has been fortunate in seeing an increase in the number of events which have become eligible for TAP grants. Companies planning to apply for a TAP grant for markets such as CICAF/ iABC, MIFA, MipJnr or Kidscreen Summit should consider your market priorities before applying so that you do not exceed your TAP grant allowance.
