Eurovision Young Musicians returns in 2018 with an edition staged in Edinburgh from 18 - 23 August, hosted by BBC Scotland and BBC Radio 3.

2018’s competition sees the return of a semi-final elimination round, which will take the form of public chamber recitals (St. Cecilia’s Hall) by all contestants on 18-19 August, with all recitals produced by BBC Radio 3 for distribution to the Euroradio network (as well as via web stream).

EBU Member broadcasters may apply to participate in the edition, which will be host broadcast by BBC Scotland and BBC Radio 3, and the final line up of participating broadcasters will be confirmed in February 2018.
