Description
FIBEP is the world’s media intelligence association with over 130 corporate members from more than 60 countries. The association and its members are focused on providing globally-driven, enterprise-scale solutions in the fields of media monitoring, media analysis, PR distribution, journalist databases, as well as consulting services and SaaS platforms.
The federation was founded in 1953 in Paris and now hosts a broad range of activities including the FIBEP World Media Intelligence Congress, senior networking sessions, and a variety of high-impact research studies.
With 65 years of growth and experience, the FIBEP World Media Intelligence Congress has become one of the largest events for communications, PR, technology, social media monitoring and marketing professionals alike. It brings together com- munications professionals from around the world to share best practices, discuss industry developments and innovations, present the latest technology and network through a variety of presentations and panel discussions from industry leaders. This year’s theme will be Communicating Media Intelligence and the program will include a wide range of topics relevant for media intelligence and communication professionals including social media monitoring and data integrity, design thinking, technology trends and future outlooks on the industry.
The 2018 FIBEP World Media Intelligence Congress will take place over three days, starting on Monday, October 1st with the FIBEP association General Assembly and workshops and presentations designed specifically for FIBEP members only. Following the program, the Super Networking Session allows FIBEP members to take part in a “speed networking” session. Monday evening will also host the FIBEP Gala Dinner at the old Copenhagen Stock Exchange giving members an opportunity to socialize in an elegant setting. Tuesday and Wednesday, October 2nd-3rd will include a wide range of talks and discussions with the addition of evening programming for networking. During the entire congress, an exhibition area will be set up for attendees to learn about new and innovative products from companies from around the world.
For 65 years and 50 congresses spanning the globe, FIBEP has brought together industry leaders to discuss the most im- portant issues facing the media monitoring industry and the 2018 FIBEP World Media Intelligence Congress will continue to be the most significant event of the year.
