While the coronavirus vaccines provide a sense of hope - a light at the end of the tunnel so to speak - we feel it is safest for our supporters to forego an in-person conference this year. Instead, we are excited to offer our TEC Conference in a virtual format on June 22 & 23, 2021.

The Technology Enhancing Capabilities (TEC) Lab was established in 2018 to assist people with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and the aging to identify and implement assistive technology solutions. To put the scope of this need in perspective, an astounding 1 in 5 Americans are affected by at least one of these conditions. We know that technology can profoundly and positively affect the lives of millions of Americans with disabilities by increasing independence, restoring dignity, and promoting confidence. For this reason, we host this annual event to provide attendees with cutting edge technologies, essential tools and resources, promising practices, and the opportunity to fabricate solutions in a unique "build and inspire" session.
