• Plan and organize Field in relation to schedule, allocating quota and research materials.
• Responsible for Field supervision, Field progress monitoring and quality of work to achieve productivity targets.
• Plan, schedule and establish workflow within the area of operation with a regular monitor in order to meet the overall schedule, quality and client expectations of the assigned project
• Ensure the business achieves operational targets through effective management of resources under responsible areas.
• Achieve delivery schedules within ongoing emphasis to improve efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and cost effectiveness.
• Utilize the Performance and Development Plan to communicate and assess performance objectives, competency lists and development plans for direct reports.
• Establish high standards of performance and hold associates firmly accountable for meeting those standards.
• Establish a strong team environment focused on exceeding internal and external client requirements.
• To ensure proper distribution of information and implementation of company rules, regulations, policies and procedures given the widespread of operation associates with demonstration of high integrity standards.
• Provide support, recognition and feedback to assist employees to achieve their performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Finance/Management, or Operational Research.
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical problem solving skills and eye for detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Outstanding oral and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with both statistical
and non-statistical audiences.
• Experience in market research.
