Key Responsibilities

• Client interaction and communication.
• Ability to write basic proposal and reports.
• Good understanding of the client research requirement.
• Connect independently with client on project related matters and build client relation.
• Prepare budgets for each project in conjunction with the field manager and instruct the finance department .
• Prepare fieldwork instructions and sample structures for each project in conjunction with field manager or supervisor.
• Prepare basic analysis plan.
• Works on the analysis and interpretation of results, provides feedback to clients and writes reports and recommendations.
• Send weekly project update.
• Initiate timely invoicing instructions to finance & assist in the smooth collection of debt from clients.
• Contributing to coaching and training of trainees and other executives.
• Prepare coding and punching instructions and tabulation specifications for data analysts.

Skills

• 3+ years experience in Marketing or Market Research handling FMCG clients.
• Strong analytical mind.
• University degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology or related field is a must.
• Good presentation skills.
