Key Responsibilities

- Builds and maintains a detailed understanding of all the dept. services, and the operational processes and procedures that underpin these.
- Be highly responsive to the requests received from the customer care for services related to visas, residency renewals, cancellations, change of status, document amendments and related other services.
- Act in a highly professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Ensure that instructions/queries/service requests are completed accurately, first time and every time.
- Ensure high standards are maintained for written and spoken Arabic and English as required.
- Builds working relationships across the team, and the broader GTS department to support changing business needs and, for example, the need to cover for colleagues and other team members.
