Key Responsibilities

• Perform as a member of the application support team for ERP systems users throughout the organization and its partners.
• Assist ERP systems users with data input and output.
• Thoroughly understand ERP database schema. Ability to deep dive into SQL database structure and create reports via SQL Scripts.
• Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
• Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.
• To ensure accurate data entry into the system and ensure proper structure of data is maintained.
• To maintain proper document trails and files for all processes, tests, and modules.
• Design, develop and maintain reports used by technical staff and ERP systems users.
• Work as a Systems Analyst with knowledgeable persons throughout the agency and its partners to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions.
• Assist with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment.
• Analyse and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.
• Become the lead trainer for all ERP functionalities when new users are onboarded to the ERP.
• Thoroughly understand ERP security subsystem in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the organization and its partners.

Skills

• At least 2 years of proven track record in working as an ERP support or as a systems analyst or programmer.
• Excellent spoken/written English - Arabic is a plus.
• Understanding that there might be peak and off-peak periods and turnaround is critical for certain ERP
modules.
• Understanding the group structure of multiple Opcos and multiple markets group.
• Must have familiarity and understanding of Visual Basic Script computer language, SQL Server and Scripting,
.Net development, database design concepts, and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power Bi.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 Products.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Extremely business-minded and detail-oriented, with clear and proven organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm under pressure and composed with a focus on getting the job done.
• Ability to cut big tasks into smaller achievable tasks.
• Be able to engage with multiple levels within the organization for requirements gathering and alignment.
• Be able to write advanced SQL scripts including advanced stored procedures and views.
