Key Responsibilities
• Experience in contract negotiation with media owners and clients.
• Giving teams direction on large scale digital projects.
• Working on the commercial and trading aspects of new business pitches.
• Broad market and supply chain knowledge.
• Exceptional client servicing.
• Trading element management.
• Data acquisition.
• Thorough understanding of the media planning and buying process.
• Helping to develop the Trading Team (Managers, Executives and Assistants) and cultivate a positive culture and spirit within the team to make it a rewarding, fun and energising environment.
• Creating and managing GroupM Agency trading deals.
• Keeping abreast of issues around Viewability & Fraud and helping to write agency points of view on the topics.
• Overseeing and running client digital audits.
• Being part of the GroupM trading team which involves negotiating, running and reporting on deals and collaborating with the wider group.
• Be a strong advocate and champion for the team while also building trust and rapport with agencies and suppliers.

• Previous experience of running trading deals, audits and pitching.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptionally strong negotiation and investment strategy exposure.
• Ability and desire to continue to develop knowledge on how the digital landscape is evolving and changing,
and educate the broader trading community and agencies.
• Highly organised, process driven with outstanding attention to detail.
• Demonstrates a sound commercial acumen an understanding of media agency financial mechanics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptionally strong negotiation and investment strategy exposure.
• Ability and desire to continue to develop knowledge on how the digital landscape is evolving and changing,
and educate the broader trading community and agencies.
• Highly organised, process driven with outstanding attention to detail.
