• Issue advertising invoices and influencer bookings.
• Sending and following up with booking orders via the appropriate channels.
• Provide proactive social media solutions to clients.
• Assist Riyadh office with media plan requests.
• Be an expert in social media tools, trends and new opportunities in digital marketing.

• Good writing skills in English and Arabic.
• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Advertising, Media Studies, Communications or a related field.
• Digital media literacy.
• Strong project management skills like planning, executing and managing deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• A proactive approach to dealing with client needs.
• Excellent time management skills to coordinate various advertising bookings with multiple clients.
• Up to date and wide experience with different social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask and handle projects under workload with attention to details.
• Openness to monitoring advertising bookings outside of working hours.
