Public Relations Account Manager in PRCO International

Key Responsibilities
Looking for a highly motivated PR Account Manager with a consumer background and a passion for travel and luxury to join the team in Dubai. You will work across an exciting client portfolio, featuring a diverse range of high profile brands, from luxury hotels and resorts.
Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate and organize press functions and press trips on behalf of your clients.
• Conceive and implement creative ideas on behalf of your clients both to generate media coverage and correctly “position” your clients.
• Oversee the forward features planning and pitching on behalf of your clients.
• Write press releases and relevant blog posts as well as newsletter content on behalf of your clients.
• To monitor media and industry trends and intelligence and to develop relationships as a result of new initiatives and opportunities on behalf of clients and the office.
• Organise and attend meetings with media and industry partners / real estate agents on behalf of your clients and without input from your Account Director.
• Liaise with our offices in France, Germany, Italy, Russia, and Dubai as well as our associate offices in China and Brazil as applicable to help coordinate and consistently share PR materials/news for your clients.
• Instruct and assist your Account Executive(s) and team graduate intern where necessary and assist in their training and development.
• Give input on creative strategy for your clients including development of individual PR plans and quarterly objectives.
• Research any third party information on behalf of clients, to include research into trends, industry developments and market reports released by relevant agents or industry associations.
• On-going media outreach to maintain senior editor contacts, development of new relationships and furthering social media strategy/contacts.
• Oversee the operation of an efficient filing system.
• Help and take on special projects such as third-party partnerships, media functions in London and regional press events and launches as dictated by the Account Director.
• Assist the Account Director to oversee client reporting, ensuring the reports and press coverage is completed and dispatched in a timely manner.
• Oversee client collateral material, photography and brochures maintaining sufficient supplies and ensuring that material is updated on a regular basis, including press kits.
• Assist with the production of client presentations and support team in the delivery of such presentations accordingly if required by your Account Director.
