Presenters are a radio station’s “voice” and are often the people with whom the public identifies. To prepare and host music programmes, reads news, commercial and bulletins.


Key Accountabilities:


• Prepare and host music programmes which will include but not restricted to producing and presenting on-air shows.
• To do compelling and entertaining interviews and host talk back programmes.
• Supports in writing and voicing commercial and promotional copy in support of the station’s sales, marketing and promotion efforts if needed
• Provide station identification, time, weather traffic and other general announcements.
• Introduce performers and host special events.
• Required to do a regular weekend show • Other office and promotional duties assigned by your line manager

Qualifications:


• High school Diploma


• 2-3 years of experience in radio presenting
