Job Summary:

The responsibility of UI/UX Designer is to plan, design, develop websites, web and mobile applications that offer high degree of perfection and user friendliness on both dimensions UI (User Interface) as well as UX (User Experience), Thus the success candidate should foster strong customer service skills who pays attention to details, advanced presentations and communication skills.

Duties:

The position is responsible for gathering client’s requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. While you should also have an experience with design and development softwares and wireframe tools The specific essential duties are:

Design and develop new websites, web and mobile applications.
Maintain existing websites and applications
Provide design maintenance of all websites and other electronic publications and applications.
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Ensure that all design elements and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings along with the constraints set by development and design.
Work with marketing and development staff on style and approach for all projects.
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholder
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Conduct layout adjustments based on both internal team and client feedback
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Participate in efforts to improve quality of websites and other electronic publications as required.
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio.
Four to five years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in a creative or digital agency.
Excellent skills in HTML5, CSS3, JS, CSS, LESS, GULP, GRUNT, NPM, ANGULAR, GIT, JADE
Expert in PostCSS, SVG Animations, GSAP
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
Strong understanding of modern UI development standards (responsive web-design, load-optimization techniques, dependency management, semantic web, SEO, etc...)
