CRM Campaign Engineer in MRM//McCann - USA

Key Responsibilities
The Role
Manage end to end process of EDM’s; from development, creation, implementation to track and review stage
Help to create Campaign Segmentation brief for Campaign Management build
Supports campaign QA with sample data checks after segmentation
Siebel customer contact data maintenance
List pull, count, and import management
Support Data Analyst for post-campaign monitoring and reporting
Supports data pull for quarterly performance reviews
Responsible for collecting inbound marketing data records from non-integrated sources through each country marketing team
Deliver collected data feeds and distribute to GMI Regional team for manual data uploading
Analyse effectiveness of previous campaigns in collaboration with internal partners
Execute test and learn strategies in a coordinated structure aligned to business strategy
The Proof
· Extensive experience with HTML coding email campaigns
· Demonstrated experience in testing and tracking email campaigns
· Possess the skills in campaign and interaction management solutions; e.g Silverpop, Unica, Salesforce (desirable)
· Experience in database management and loyalty programs highly desirable
· Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
· Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver is advantageous
· Ability to adapt and use initiative
