The Middle East Public Relations Association (MEPRA) will be hosting the fourth edition of its annual Leadership Majlis on May 10 at the at Jumeirah at Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi.
This year’s edition is held under the theme “Power Forward”, highlighting the power of PR through a mix of presentations, panel discussions and workshops.
To deliver on this theme, MEPRA has partnered with the National Media Council (NMC), PRWeek and the Arthur W. Page Society.
As the platinum headline partner, The National Media Council (NMC) will address communication leaders on its crucial role in the positioning of the UAE.
MEPRA Chair, Ray Eglington says in a statement: “The MEPRA Leadership Majlis has always served as a platform for senior communication professionals in the region to address the industry’s challenges and opportunities, share knowledge and showcase best practice. This year’s event is the most anticipated edition thanks to our headline partnership with the National Media Council and supporting partners, which is expected to bring together more communication leaders than ever before.”

Danny Rogers, Editor-in-Chief PRWeek on “The Power of our Industry: How public relations can be the most powerful marketing discipline in the future”
Paul Edwards, Arthur W. Page Society, Former Group General Manager Corporate Communications at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) to discuss “The Power of CEO activism”
PRWeek and Arthur W. Page Society have returned for the second year, bringing international speakers to uncover the most pressing topics of PR. The conference is also supported by corporate and agency partners including, Jumeirah Group, Etihad Airways, Mubadala, Four Communications Group and SOCIALEYEZ.
Speaking on his upcoming keynote address and milestone partnership with the region’s leading industry body for communication professionals, His Excellency Mansour Al Mansoori, Director General, National Media Council (NMC) adds:
