Dubai Studio City has confirmed its collaboration with mobile communications and technology provider Du to support the upcoming CABSAT exhibition, Taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) from January 14-16. CABSAT delegates will also be offered the opportunity to tour Dubai Studio City sound-stages.
Dubai Studio City will sponsor the ‘Script to Screen in 48’ competition, where content producers will be provided with coaching, mentorship with in5 Media to provide access to film and editing equipment for new entrants.
Majed Al Suwaidi, Managing Director, Dubai Studio City, said: “This region has seen a substantial growth for the demand of films and production. Furthermore, Dubai Studio City will be participating as part of the judging panel of CABSAT ‘Appathon’ Competition, where ten teams of developers will create the best TV app with the Metrological SDK in 48 hours.
