Fanfare of automobiles and motoring fans, Saudi International Motor Festival kicks ‘Autoville’ kicks off in Riyadh

Organised by the Saudi Conventions and Exhibitions General Authority (SCEGA,) the interactive automotive event will run until January 14.

A haven for motor sporting fans, the splendid Saudi International Motor Festival— Autoville kicked off on a grand scale in Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh on January 8, 2021.

Automobile enthusiasts and motorsports fans gathered at Dirab Motor Park in the capital city with more than 100 global automotive brands along with bountiful interactive experiences for car and motorsport enthusiasts in the Riyadh desert.

Organised by the Saudi Conventions and Exhibitions General Authority (SCEGA,) the interactive automotive event will run until January 14, wherein top automakers and professional drivers are taking part in the festival.

With Live Action Arena, OEM Static Motorshow, Concours Car Display, Boogie Storm, Viral Music, Robots, Car Club Displays, fans from the motoring world get a chance to interact with the who’s who of professional competition and stunt drivers with auto acrobatics, test drives, and motocross racing.

The event is seeing the participation of Saudi professional driver and two-time Guinness World Record breaker Abdulhadi Al-Qahtani, professional drifters Ken Block and Vaughn Gittin, and motocross freestyler Remi Bizouard.

Covering a stretch of 1.7 million square meters and with seven zones, Autoville is considered a ‘revolutionary and interactive alternative’ to the traditional motor show. It also features a live-action arena, competitions, and a robotics section.

Apart from all things motors, the MoH team will also spread awareness as to the measures taken to fight the pandemic and ensure that audiences adhere to them.

The Saudi Ministry of Health will have a strong presence with a full team ready to give eligible visitors their third COVID-19 vaccine.
