Al Ruwaili, associated with Sawyer General Hospital in Al Jawf, displayed her expertise in assessing the injuries sustained by the accident victims. Her quick diagnosis revealed broken bones and severe cuts among them.

Among the four injured individuals, one suffered a broken hand, another had sustained injuries to his back, an elderly man had cuts on his nose and cheek, and the fourth person had injured his back. Hanan not only provided immediate first aid but also effectively managed and stopped their profuse bleeding while awaiting the arrival of the ambulance.
