Argentinian football legend has praised Saudi Arabia in a recent Instagram post.
The 35-year-old footballer took to his official Instagram account and celebrated the Kingdom’s natural wonders in partnership with Visit Saudi.
The Paris Saint-Germain star posted a beautiful shot of Saudi Arabia’s date palm groves. Lionel Messi asked in the caption who thought Saudi Arabia has “so much green?”. The footballer said he would “love to explore” Saudi Arabia’s “unexpected wonders” whenever he can.

Messi fulfilled his dream of lifting the World Cup trophy as Argentina won the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar last year.
The football star visited Saudi Arabia last May for the Jeddah Season which is an annual festival in the coastal city of Jeddah.
The Argentine footballer was announced as an ambassador with Visit Saudi which is the tourism ministry’s promotional brand.
The football legend’s newest post on Instagram has caused uproar among fans.
“End of the world sign,” wrote one Instagram user.
“All goats either live in Saudi or visit Saudi,” another wrote.
“We want to see you again in Barcelona jersey,” another comment read.
The seven-time Ballon d'Or winner who is set to leave his club PSG has been linked to move to Saudi Arabia, where his rival Cristiano Ronaldo has been playing since the start of this year.
Besides Saudi, the footballer has been linked to a transfer to former club Barcelona and MLS side Inter Miami.
