Nick Clements leaves BPG for MCG Group

Nick Clements, CEO of BPG Bates is leaving the agency to join MCG Group as chief operating officer effective January 2017.

MCG Group is made up of three companies: MCG Associates, a digital and creative recruitment agency; Kemistry, recruitment consultancy specializing in HR and administrative support staff; and Hopscotch, a platform dedicated to championing women in the workplace.

As of 2017, MCG Group will be broadening its offering beyond recruitment to offer executive search, training, pitch and relationship management and M&A advisory.

Clements has been with BPG for three years and has previously held senior management roles with Ogilvy, Innocean, JWT, Bates, Lintas and FCB in London, Seoul, Frankfurt and Dublin.
