Ibrahim Al Jarwan, Chairman of the Emirates Astronomical Society, has affirmed this celestial alignment, emphasizing a unique occurrence—Ramadan embracing the winter season. This astronomical phenomenon is anticipated to persist until the transition to the autumn season in Ramadan 1453 AH in 2031.
