It’s exciting times for Snapchat’s regional office, which has made a number of key appointments in the last few months.

With ex-Yahoo Hussein Freijeh at the helm, the company has recruited LinkedIn’s Jake Thomas as head of agency development – MENA and now DMS’ deputy chief operating officer Rami Saad as head of content, according to industry sources.

At the time of publishing, Freijieh declined to comment.
