A crazy Cristiano Ronaldo fan walks over 1,200 km from Dubai to Riyadh just to meet him.

Portuguese superstar footballer Cristiano Ronaldo is known to have a very dedicated fanbase all over the world – and, one such fan completed an incredibly long journey from the UAE city of Dubai to Saudi Arabia’s capital Riyadh, covering a distance of 1,200 kilometers over 36 days just to meet him.

According to The Siasat Daily, a man named Civin KP, who is originally from the Indian state of Kerala, carried out a difficult yet thrilling adventure aiming to meet his idol, Cristiano Ronaldo.

He documented his journey named “Walking TO DREAM MEET UP CR7, which began on March 6, 2024, and shared it on the social media platform Instagram. Take a look:

On Monday, April 22, 2024, Cevin shared a video of catching a glimpse of the five-time Ballon d’Or winner Ronaldo. “Everyday goosebumps. Hopefully waiting. Trying hard,” he captioned the video post.

In an interview with the Arabic channel MBC, Civin expressed his admiration for the football player. “This is a great effort for me to express my respect to Ronaldo. Meeting him and getting his autograph for just two seconds is a great addition to me and a defining moment in my life,” he said as per The Siasat Daily.

The 39-year-old football player captains the Saudi Pro League club Al-Nassr. Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly signed a two-and-a-half-year deal with the Saudi club, earning €200 million (A$315m) per season.
