As the annual Haj pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia concludes, a heartfelt gesture from the Kingdom is spreading waves of gratitude among departing pilgrims. King Salman bin Abdulaziz has generously gifted two million copies of the Quran to those concluding their sacred journey.

The distribution of these holy books was announced by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, which stated that the Qurans are gifts from King Salman himself. Not only the pilgrims, but public employees who served and volunteered during the Haj are also being presented with these copies of the Quran, further reinforcing the significance of their contributions.

The Qurans are available in various sizes, catering to the diverse needs and preferences of the recipients. They have been printed in over 77 languages, enabling a wider audience to connect with the sacred text. This inclusive approach ensures that individuals from different cultural backgrounds and linguistic abilities can benefit from the wisdom encapsulated in the Quran.

The distribution of the Qurans aligns with the directives of King Salman and is being overseen by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Their leadership and commitment to enhancing the Haj experience have been instrumental in realizing this noble endeavor.
