Good deeds go really far, and a Saudi nurse's attempt proves that. Hanan Al Ruwaili was returning from Tabuk when she saw an accident and realised some victims needed her aid. And so, without wasting a breath, he offered to assist them. A viral video of her selfless act is now garnering praise on social media.

Working with Sawyer General Hospital in Al Jawf, Al Ruwaili was with her husband when the accident occurred on the main road, due to traffic, reports Gulf News. Her diagnosis revealed that some had broken bones and severe cuts.

As a nurse, she not only helped to stabilise the condition of the victims but also aided in stopping their profuse bleeding. In the meantime, everyone waiting for an ambulance to take the victims to a hospital.

Despite the challenging situation, Al Ruwaili spoke to the Red Crescent, to be sure that they were taken to the hospital and were in stable condition until they arrived.

With 14 years of experience in the field, she worked to the best of her ability to help those in an hour of need, an honour she is very proud of.
