Step inside famous artworks with Middle East’s newly opened digital art centre – Infinity Des Lumières

Have you ever wondered what it is like to step inside your favourite artist’s painting? Well, your wish has been granted as Infinity Des Lumières is bringing the idea of being inside your favourite paintings live.

The immersive art gallery —Infinity Des Lumières will allow you to step inside famous artworks such as Van Gogh’s Starry Night, Danny Rose Studio’s Images of the Floating World, and Thomas Vanz’s digital creation –Verse and many more.

Making it every art lover’s dream, the art gallery will be the largest digital art centre in the GCC. Opening from July 1, the gallery will bring across an unforgettable multi-sensory journey. With an area of over 2,700 square metres, the centre has created a technology-driven artistic platform using 130 projectors, 58 speakers, and 3,000 HD digital moving images.

 
The gallery was recently inaugurated by Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), making it one of GCC’s largest immersive digital art centres.

Unlike the static and rigid, silent and only visual presentation of artwork, the gallery promises dynamic and fluid, powerful and exciting, pulsing with life in a wondrous journey for your senses. With high-performance visualisation and processing technology to create larger-than-life visitor experiences, visitors can experience the feeling of being inside the original artworks of their favourite artists.

Located at The Dubai Mall, on level two, the gallery will be open from Sunday to Wednesday from 10 am to 9 pm and from Thursday to Saturday from 10 am to 11 pm. The show starts every half hour, and it takes approximately one hour and 15 minutes for the experience.
