There are many breathtaking sights and attractions in Dubai, but we've found one that might just leave you stunned. This February, the Dubai Balloon will take off for the first time, offering thrill-seekers the chance to reach out and touch the sky up to 300 meters in the air.

The Dubai Balloon is a helium-inflated, tethered balloon that has never been seen before in the city. The balloon, a one-of-a-kind flying experience, is strategically positioned in Atlantis Aquaventure at the top of Palm Jumeirah to provide unparalleled views of the whole city.

Riders are lifted into the air for the duration of the 10-minute experience, and on a clear day, they can see out to Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and far beyond.

The ride is suitable for visitors of all ages, and children under three ride free. It costs Dhs175 for an adult regular pass or Dhs75 for children. The Dubai Balloon lounge also offers a fast pass ticket for priority boarding and a complimentary beverage for Dhs275 for adults and Dhs125 for children.

The Dubai Balloon's general manager, Clair Aichhorn, said (via Khaleej Times), “We are so excited to welcome everyone to try this new bucket-list experience and rise above this beautiful city we call home.”

It will also be offered for private charters, exclusive venue rentals, and even celebrations, marriage proposals, and business events.

The experience will be offered from Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and from Friday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to midnight.
