The pandemic had kept all the events at bay, but gradually things have been falling into place. With everything opening up, sporting events are making a comeback and one of the most awaited events in Dubai’s Rugby match.
The Emirates Dubai Rugby 7s is one of the biggest events on the sporting and social calendar. While the event was canceled due to Covid-19 restrictions for the last two years, the event is back for the year 2021!
The Emirates Dubai 7s announced that it has had been approved by the Crisis Committee for the full festival to take place, including HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series, Invitational, Gulf, cricket, netball, and live music.
The three-day event is set to take place from December 2 to 4, 2021 at The Sevens Stadium with 28 teams competing for the name. The sale of tickets for the matches will begin from September 23 with a range of options available.
The event taking place on December 2 is free for all, whereas tickets for December 3, are priced at Dhs400, where you’ll see live rock band covers and an international headliner. For the finale on December 4, tickets are priced at Dhs375, with weekend general admission is Dhs450.
The event is not only known for its best rugby players in the world but also known for its huge international performers with artists like Kylie Minogue having performed in the past.
With the responses from the past, the event has also expanded the day and night-time entertainment with live music acts from all over the world across four stages on the festival site.
