Tom Hardstaff is spreading his area of activities as the Head of client operations at UM MENAT. This is considered as a major boost for Tom as he was responsible and involved in the agencies major planning and strategic operations. Hardstaff joined the agency way back in 2014 and has played a pivotal role in UM’s better science, better art, better outcome philosophy and planning approach.
Hardstaff will now concentrate more on developing company’s partnerships with all major clients in the region with a focus on – framing client opportunities, developing business plans, and challenging business leaders to apply more agility to their teams and process. By his promotion to this role, UM will be able to utilize more on Tom’s experience and ideas and the agency feels his contributions are inevitable for their business growth.
Tom was responsible for the acquisition, retention, and growth of clients such as Reckitt Benckiser, Coca-Cola, L’Oréal, and Ooredoo. UM’s Regional Managing Director Joe Nicolas expressed his hope that under Tom’s dynamic strategic planning UM will scale new heights and the agency will be able to expand its business across the globe.
