The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has set a new Guinness World Record by creating the world's largest flag made of over 24,000 human handprints. You, you've read that right.

The massive artwork was created by people from over a hundred nationalities - including Indians, Filipinos, Arabs, Bangladeshis, and others. The flag is now displayed at the Pakistan Auditorium.

Among the youngest participants was 3-month-old Muhammed Mustafa Imran, whose tiny handprint was added by his father, who described it as a gesture of love for the country that will one day make his son proud. "He may be small now, but his hand has already left a big mark," said his father, according to Khaleej Times.

It is indeed a moment of pride for the country.
 
The journey of creating something so beautiful and meaningful began on April 13 in Al Quoz, and with over 39 sessions, the flag was finally completed. Speaking to Geo News, artist Rubab Zahra said, "When I envisioned this project, I approached the Pakistan Association Dubai, and together, we worked tirelessly for a month to make it a reality." Zahra added that she is proud to turn 'dreams into achievements with dedication and courage'.

The project ended with a celebration where people reflected on the significance of the artwork and the message it carries, i.e. 'One flag, one message: unity in diversity'.
