L'Orient Today: The young Lebanese driver Christopher Feghali won first prize Saturday in the opening round of the Eurocup-3 tournament, held from April 30 to May 3 at the Paul Ricard circuit, in the town of Le Castellet in the Var region of southern France.
Feghali claimed first place in the competition, which featured 30 drivers. Enzo Tarnvanichkul and James Egozi took second and third place, respectively.

President Joseph Aoun congratulated Christopher Feghali on his victory. “We eagerly await your future successes. We dream with you and fight for the future of your generation, for a homeland worthy of your dreams and equal to your victories,” he added.
The president also praised Lebanese youth who “continue to bring joy despite all the tragedies and suffering.”
Kataeb party leader Samy Gemayel wrote on X: “Hearing the Lebanese national anthem during a sporting event is a moment of immense pride.”
The second round of the Eurocup-3 tournament is scheduled to take place in Portugal from June 5 to 7.
