MCN – Middle East Communications Network. MCN is one of the leading advertising and marketing communications agency networks in the MENA region. It is the overall parent company for several key advertising, marketing and media companies in the Middle East. MCN is part of the Interpublic Group (NYSE : IPG) – a global leader in modern marketing solutions with 47,400 diverse and talented individuals. Our agencies specialize in consumer advertising, digital marketing, communications planning and media buying, public relations and specialty marketing. With over 65 agency offices across 13 countries and 15 cities, MCN produces a wide spectrum of work for our clients’ brands – from project based solutions to long-term integrated campaigns created by multiple agencies. As the overall holding or managing company, MCN’s role is to provide resources and support to ensure that our agencies can best meet clients’ needs. MCN helps empower our individual agencies with company-wide objectives, corporate strategy, financial and operational management, human resource development, training and learning and directs inter-agency collaborative programs. While the structure of MCN was formally announced in the early ’90s, the roots go back to 1968 in Beirut, when Chairman Akram Miknas founded the flagship agency Fortune Promoseven – now known as FP7.
