The Media Lab Bayern is an incubator of ideas for talent, teams and new ideas in digital journalism. In the Media Entrepreneurship Program, talents can test their initial ideas for content startups, software, and services and find co-founders; the Media Startup Fellowship helps teams develop their first prototype. The Media Lab Bayern offers a coworking space in Munich, coaching and mentoring for founders, prototyping budget and networking events.

Media Lab promotes digital journalism and media projects from the first idea to the founding of a startup. It is aimed at students, young professionals and professionals in the fields of media, journalism, computer science, design and business development.
