Pace was created in September 2015. After decades in-house, our MD spotted an opportunity to create an agency that gets what it's like on the other side - and that helps us to create true working partnerships with our clients. We become their Senior Marketing Officer, their Creative Director, their Head of Communications... you get the idea.

Our mission is to make a positive difference for our clients, and we want to be the best agency to work for. Since our inception, our team has quintupled in size, and our client list has grown to match. And there's a lot more to come.
