The Associate Digital Director is responsible for having a holistic approach to digital with a clear understanding of its importance within the marketing mix to develop digital strategies and inspire the agency team to produce great innovative work.

Serve as thought leader in aligning digital marketing strategy with a client’s business goals and objectives both internally with account leads and with clients. Drive high level discussions on the role of digital within the total marketing ecosystem.

Responsible for overseeing two digital project managers in the development, production, implementation and maintenance of all OLA and web projects.

Ensuring adherence to timelines and the establishment or refinement of any working processes.

Working closely with partner agencies in defining and monitoring digital performance, identifying opportunities, key learnings and making recommendations on adjustments to strategic direction and/or implementation.
